Terms & Conditions

1. Simplifii will provide brand backed warranty when

  • The product is supplied and installed by Simplifii's team / vendors on site
  • The product supplied and installed is properly maintained and used for normal domestic use.
  • The product is still owned by the original purchaser.
  • The product is still at its original installed position and location.
  • The warranty has not expired, subject to limitations set forth through Simplifii terms & conditions.

2. Simplifii warranty does not include

  • Any labour, installation or transportation costs or any responsibility for damage that Simplifii considers as natural wear and tear of finishes and surfaces.
  • Any products used or installed in conjugation with Simplifii kitchen/ wardrobe/  modular storage such as electrical & plumbing fixtures, countertops and appliances. Any use of Simplifii cabinetry or component parts which are contrary to instructions furnished by Simplifii will void this warranty.
  • Any cabinetry or component parts that Simplifii considers to have been subject to alteration, modification, accident, abnormal use, extreme temperatures and continuous contact with water, high moisture levels or use of harsh and/or abrasive cleaning chemicals.
  • Normal incidental deterioration like nicks, cuts, scratches and abrasions which are resulting from normal use during the standard life of the product.

3. Simplifii will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of defects due to material or workmanship of products not listed under claim terms.

4. Simplifii warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use.

5. Simplifii reserves the right to alter specifications in keeping with its policy of continuous product evaluation and improvement.

6. The scope of Simplifii warranty cannot be changed or broadened by any authorized representative of Simplifii.

7. Simplifii is purely an interior design solution company.

8. The design, representations, presentations, proposal, ideas, architectural / designing inputs offered by Simplifii and its team are works of art and its implementation/ execution may have some variation in the final finished result.

9. The designs provided by Simplifii are implemented by the respective teams/ contractors of the client. Simplifii will not be responsible / accountable for any wrong execution / installation / deliverance variation/s due to the competency / negligence / understanding of the contractors hired by the clients.    

10. Simplifii and its team may suggest the material/textures/finishes to implement its designs. Simplifii will not be involved in the procurement & quality/ brands chosen of various materials/ products required for the execution & installation.

11. The life/ longevity & quality of designs/ product delivered & its maintenance is sheer responsibility of the client. Simplifii will not be responsible / accountable regarding the life and quality of designs executed at site. Further Simplifii doesn't give any guarantee, warranty and assurance of the same. 

12. Simplifii and its team keep the electric, plumbing requirements in plan during the initial stages of designing. Still in some cases design variations/changes may have to be carried out during the course of execution and finalization of designs.

13. Simplifii will not be held responsible / accountable for any damage to goods, property, life, belongings in case of any mishap caused by electric / water pipe / wires / equipment & installation carried out by the client's contractors/ workers. 

14. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Gurugram courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.

Customized Furniture

15. Simplifii and its team take complete measures in providing designs for customized furniture which is comfortable, durable, reasonable & aesthetically visualizing. Simplifii doesn't give guarantee, warrantee and assurance of the same. 

16. Simplifii and its team may suggest the material/textures/finishes to implement its furniture designs. Simplifii will not be involved in the procurement & quality/ brands chosen of various materials/ products required for the execution & installation.

Cancelling your project

If there’s a situation where something’s not right and you want to break up with us, we understand. We’ll try our best to end things with no confusion and a sense of closure. Here’s our updated policy that tells you about the applicable refunds on cancellation post the booking payment period.

Cancelling/ replacing product(s) in your order

Booking fee: 10% 5% of your projected quote is taken as a token amount to book Simplifii’s services

Design in progress: This stage refers to the active design stage where you and your designer will finalise all the designs of your home. Before the final Sales Order is raised, any product in the tentative quotation can be replaced or removed. Should you choose to cancel the project at this point, you will receive no refund post 48 hours of making the booking. This fee will go towards your designer’s time and effort in making the initial pitch and quotations. 

Sales order: This is the final order raised by your designer to send all your designs/ products/ services into execution. This will be raised post payment of 50% of your order value.

Manufacturing: This stage is after your final Sales Order is raised. All your products/ designs will go into manufacturing. At this point, Simplifii cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items.

Installation: This stage is after your products have been manufactured and/ or your products have been sourced and are ready for installation. At this point, Simplifii cannot offer to cancel, replace or modify items, and the customer should honour the payment of the outstanding Sales Order.
